Welcome to Swaptain — a non-custodial crypto trading tool designed to make token swaps simple and accessible through chat. By using Swaptain ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Nature of the Service

Swaptain provides a non-custodial interface to interact with decentralized exchanges and blockchain protocols. We do not hold or control user funds or private keys.

3. No Financial Advice

Swaptain provides no investment, trading, or financial advice. All information is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and assume all associated risks.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and recovery phrase, sending funds to correct blockchain addresses, maintaining backups, and complying with local regulations. Swaptain cannot recover lost keys or phrases.

5. Non-Custodial Nature

Swaptain never has custody of your funds. Transactions are executed directly on-chain.

6. Fees

Transaction fees or rewards may apply. Confirming a transaction constitutes acceptance of the displayed fees.

7. Referral Program

Users may earn 0.3% of the trading volume generated by referred users. Swaptain may modify or terminate this program at any time.

8. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency trading involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Prices can fluctuate significantly and transactions are irreversible. Swaptain is not liable for losses or unauthorized access.

9. Prohibited Use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, to disrupt systems, or to attempt reverse engineering. We may restrict access for misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swaptain and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or downtime. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
